Contributions to Trump Victory (“TV”) are not tax deductible and will be used in connection with federal elections. Federal law requires us to use best efforts to collect and report contributors’ names, mailing addresses, occupations, and employers. TV is a joint fundraising committee composed of Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. (“DJTP”) and the Republican National Committee (“RNC”). Contributions from individuals (multicandidate PACs in parentheses) will be allocated sequentially according to the following formula: $2,800 ($5,000) to DJTP primary account; $2,800 ($5,000) to DJTP general account; $35,500 ($15,000) to the RNC’s Operating account; $106,500 ($45,000) to the RNC’s Headquarters account; $106,500 ($45,000) to the RNC’s Convention account; and the remainder, up to $106,500 ($45,000), to the RNC’s Legal Proceedings account. Notwithstanding this allocation formula, a contributor may designate a contribution for a specific participant or participants.
